KEY PHARMACEUTICALS ‘No-Doz Competition 2012’
Instructions on how to enter & prizes form part of the Terms & Conditions.
1. Entry to the promotion is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Directors, management, employees & their immediate families of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, suppliers & participating outlets are ineligible. There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
3. Judges decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. Prizes including any unused portions are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
4. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss/damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered/sustained as the result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
5. The Promoter will conduct the winning draws at Amba Communications, Building 24, Best Ave, Mosman NSW 2088.
There will be 10 draws with one NEW iPad to be drawn each draw.
The draws will take place as follows:
All entries received will roll over from one draw to the next. There are 10 prizes to be won. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received in draws one to 10 will win a prize. The names of the winners will be published on the No-Doz website the Friday following each draw. All winners will be notified by telephone and in writing by mail. All winners will be published in the Australian newspaper on 21/12/2012.
If unclaimed, a redraw will take place at 10am AEDT on 22/03/2013 and the winners will be notified by telephone and email. The winners will be published on the No-Doz website and in The Australian newspaper on 05/04/2013.

7. The information requested in the entry form will only be used to conduct the competition in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. It will not be used for any other purpose unless the entrant has selected to receive product or promotional information. The Promoter will not disclose this information other than to contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the above purpose unless compelled or permitted by law. If you want to know more about the Promoter’s privacy policy and procedures, or if you would like access to the information about you which the Promoter holds, please contact the Privacy Officer of the Promoter.
8. The promotion commences 04/10/2012 10am AEST and closes 13/12/2012 11.59pm AEDT.
9. To enter the promotion you must complete an online entry form, which can be found at www.nodoz.com.au
10. There are 10 x 32GB New iPad with Wi-Fi + Cellular to be won, valued at $789.00 each. Total prize value is $7,890.00.
11. The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash.
12. All prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honored, unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms & Conditions.
