KEY PHARMACEUTICALS ‘No-Doz Competition 2011’
Instructions on how to enter & prizes form part of the Terms & Conditions.
1. Entry to the promotion is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Directors, management, employees & their immediate families of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, suppliers & participating outlets are ineligible. There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
3. Judges decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. Prizes including any unused portions are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
4. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss/damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered/sustained as the result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
5. The Promoter will conduct the winning draws at Amba Communications, Building 24, Best Ave, Mosman NSW 2088.
There will be 10 draws with one iPad2 to be drawn each draw.

All entries received will roll over from one draw to the next.
There are ten prizes to be won. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received in draws one to ten will win a prize. The name of the winners will be published on the No-Doz website the Friday of each draw. All winners will be notified by telephone and in writing by mail. All winners will be published in the Australian newspaper on 02/12/2011.
If unclaimed, a redraw will take place at 10am AEDT on 27/02/2012 and the winners will be notified by telephone and mail. All winners will be published on the No-Doz website and in the Australian newspaper on 12/03/2012.

7. The information requested in the entry form will only be used to conduct the competition in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. It will not be used for any other purpose unless the entrant has selected to receive product or promotional information. The Promoter will not disclose this information other than to contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the above purpose unless compelled or permitted by law. 8. The promotion commences 19/09/2011 10am AEST and closes 24/11/2011 11.59pm AEDT.
9. To enter the promotion you must complete an online entry form, which can be found at www.nodoz.com.au
10. There are 10 x 16GB iPad2 with Wi-Fi + 3G to be won, valued at $729.00 each. Total prize value is $7,290.00.
11. The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash.
12. All prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honored, unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms & Conditions.
